The route starts in front of the local church, up north, higher and higher. After a first paved section surrounded by pine trees, cross a clay land whose colour becomes reddish, and then, before getting to Paüls, follow the path flanked by walls on both sides and grass in the middle. Once in Paüls, the sign makes you go on between some dry stone walls that demarcate the fields. A bit further, the path forks at the Creu de Masover (Masover’s cross). Here, you can either visit the village of Pobellà or keep on towards Mont-ros. The path to Mont-ros leads to Sant Marc’s chapel, followed by the old washing place, surrounded by a rest area with tables and benches before the entrance of the village.
From the neighbouring village of Senterada, follow the L-503 road to La Vall Fosca until La Plana de Mont-ros. Once in La Plana, go to the church and find the starting point of the route.
